Shipping Policy

Shipping Providers

We ship all orders through Inter Parcel, which utilises reliable providers such as DHL, UPS, Royal Mail, and others.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the UK and Ireland.

Delivery Times

• England and Wales: 3–5 business days

• Scotland and Ireland: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

We currently offer free shipping on all products. (As of November 2024)

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched. You can follow the progress of your delivery for peace of mind.

Packaging

Our sculptures are packaged carefully and securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, considering their fragility.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique and artistic nature of our sculptures, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds.

Commissioned Pieces

We take great pride in creating custom sculptures tailored to your specifications. For commissioned pieces:

• We will provide communication throughout the sculpting process, including photo previews for your approval before shipping.

• Once a piece has been approved and shipped, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Damaged Items

While we package our sculptures securely, if your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at linadoart@gmail.com with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
